Ing. Patrick Lesueur obtained his degree in Biological Engineering, specialty in Foods Products, in U.T.C. Compiègne, France in 1992. He is an experienced international R&D professional in the food industry, where he has performed variety of tasks from leading programme, project teams, departments, shaping the R&D strategy, operationalising its delivery from innovation, renovation to re-structuring or capability building. He has hold several positions in different food industries, such as Astra Calvé Bénédicta, Van den Bergh and more recently in Unilever, where he became Open Innovation Director in 2013.
